关于宁夏铁路发展趋势的若干思考

摘　　要：根据宁夏经济社会发展的需要和全国铁路发展的态势,宁夏铁路未来的发展应以加快发展为主题,以可持续发展的理念规划路网布局,以高起点进行铁路干线的规划与建设,以干支线协调和区域平衡的举措完善铁路运输网络,以多渠道的资金来源加大铁路建设力度,以多种运输方式共存互补的格局建设综合运输大通道。According to the requirement of Ningxia＇s social development and the railway condition,we should take the acceleration of Ningxia＇s railway as the theme,keep sustainable concept for the layout of highway network,make the plan and construction of trunk railway with high point,coordinate the trunk and branch line and balance region for perfect railway transport network,create various sources of fund for further development of railway and make use of coexistence and complementary of multimodal transport for the construction of comprehensive transport channel.
