摘　　要：文章评价《汉语大字典》第二版的成就和不足。在充分肯定第二版成绩的基础上,结合具体实例,指出本次修订不够彻底,第二版仍然存在着许多缺憾,并对今后修订工作提出一些思考和建议。The paper comments on the achievements and shortcomings of the Chinese Dictionary（Second Edition.） It commends on the achievements and meanwhile points out that the revision is not sufficiently complete,and that there still exists several shortcomings.The paper finally puts forward some suggestions on the future revisions.
