浙江出口贸易体系的转型研究

摘　　要：文章在战略性出口理论的基础上,指出浙江的出口贸易体系具有"三种要素、两个主体、一个平台"特征(简称"三二一体系"),通过分析国际、国内及浙江因素,指出浙江出口贸易体系迫切需要实现如下转型:由培育主体向培育市场转变,引导企业向微笑曲线的两端延伸,借金融危机并购国外企业和进行"人才抄底",内外需协同推动、实现市场规模的扩大,由市场国际化走向要素国际化,优化外贸商品结构。Based on the theory of strategic export,this paper points out that Zhejiang’s export trade system features＂three factors,two subjects and one platform（referred to as 3-2-1 system）＂.Through the analysis of international,domestic and local factors of Zhejiang,it indicates that Zhejiang’s export trade system calls for transition in the following aspects：to transform from subject cultivation to market cultivation,to guide companies to extend to both ends of the smiling curve,to merge foreign enterprises and hunt for talent by taking the advantage of financial crisis,to promote both the internal and external demands coordinately,so that the market scale may be expanded,the market internationalization may be shifted to the elements internationalization and that the foreign trade commodity structure be optimized.
