摘　　要：对部分县级监测站的调查结果表明，广大干部职工对"单位的前途"担忧，希望各级领导要重视环境监测工作。期待着有个较高水平的单位领导，为大家创造出"良好的工作环境"。也希望自己的业务能力能被认可，从而在技术上"晋级"，同时还能获得"稳定的经济收入"。the investigation on some staff of Environmental Monitoring Station at county level shows that most of them are worrying about their future. They hope leaders of all level should attach important to environmintal monitor and create a good working environment for them. Meanwhile, They can get promotion by hard working and get a stable salary.
