法律语言与日常用语中“的”字结构对比研究

摘　　要：研究法律语言中"的"助词的用法,找出"的"所修饰的结构是否固定,再与日常口语和书面语中"的"所修饰的结构进行比较,了解现代汉语助词"的"的语法功能和具体应用。This paper researches the usage of ＂de＂ auxiliary in legal language,finds out whether the structure modified by ＂de＂ is fixed or not,and then compares ＂de＂ word structure between the spoken language and the written language,and thereby understanding the functions of grammar and the concrete applications of ＂de＂ word structure in modern Chinese.
