摘 要:讨论了切削颤振征兆的早期识别和切削振动的实时控制。通过实际考察切削过程从稳定状态向不稳定状态过渡过程中机床切削系统的振动响应特征,提出了振动波形不规则系数θ和似然比检验统计量zy(ω)2 种颤振征兆预报参数。当θ或zy(ω) 超过了设定的控制门限值后,振动监测系统即向控制系统发出控制信号。试验结果表明。The early identification of cutting chatter omen and on line vibration control method are discussed in this paper. Based on examining the vibratory response characteristics of the cutting system when the cutting process is transiting from stable state to an unstable state, two predictive parameters are presented, one is the irregular coefficient θ of vibration waveform; the another is the likelihood ratio test statistic z y(ω) . When the value of θ (or z y(ω) ) exceeds its given control threshold θ lim (or M 0 ), a control signal will be sent to the control system immediately from chatter omen identification system. The experimental results show that the predictive control methods presented are effective in cutting chatter control.
