摘　　要：以 Ｃ Ｔ Ｄ（ Ｃｈａｒｇｅ Ｔｒａｎｓｆｅｒ Ｄｅｖｉｃｅｓ———电荷转移器件） 为核心，研制出一种新型的传感器频率特性补偿网络———横向滤波器。论述了补偿原理、电路设计，并给出了实验的结论。理论分析与实验表明了该补偿网络的有效性、实用性和先进性。It is deveoloped a new network for compensating frequency charcteristic of sensor——transversal filter based on CTD(Charge Transfer Devices).The compensation principle and circuit design are described , and some useful conclusions are also drawn from the study.The theoritical analysis and experiment show that the compensation network is very effective on extending the work frequency band of sensor, as well as advanced and practical.
