摘 要:采自樟子松原木上的十二齿小蠹(Ips sexdentatus Boerner)越冬代和当年新生代成虫在人工饲料上进行短暂饲养后,分别使用9MeV高能X射线辐照处理,剂量为40、60、80、100、120、140和160Gy,辐照成虫在油松木段发育和繁殖的结果表明:40~160Gy辐照可影响成虫的发育和繁殖能力;100%阻止越冬代和当年新生代成虫繁殖产生具有危害能力幼虫的最低吸收剂量分别为80Gy和140Gy,表明当年新生代成虫的辐照耐受性再强.并可初步确定十二齿小蠹成出的不育剂量为140Gy.The overwinter and summer developed adults of six-toothed bark beetle, Ips sexdentatus Boerner, which was collected from the barks of Mongolia Scotch Pine and reared in artificial diet for several days, were irra- diated by 9MeV X -rays with the dose of 40, 60, 80, 100, 120, 140 and 160Gy, respectively. The irradiated adults were reared on the logs of Chinese Pine until the emergency of F1 adults, the results of the development and propagation of irradiated adults shows that the development and propagation of the six - toothed bark beetle was significantly affected by irradiation at the dose of 40 - 160Gy, and the sterile dose, setting the criterion as there is no infectious larvae developed from the irradiated adults, is 80Gy for overwinter adults and 140Gy for summer de- veloped adults, respectively. Thus, the summer developed adult is apparently more radio -resistance than over- winter adults, and the dose of 140Gv may be set as the sterile dose.
