摘　　要：在生产企业的发展过程中,物流成本管理一直占据着极其重要的地位,因为物流成本不仅仅能够不断的完善企业的自身管理,并且能够为企业创造出巨大的经济收益。因此企业就要不断的提高物流成本的管理水平和标准,在管理的过程中不断的发现问题,并对问题进行详细的、客观的分析,最终达到解决问题的目的,这样企业就能够避免在隐性成本中出现一些无法控制的因素。The development of enterprises in the production process,logistics cost management has been dominated by an extremely important position,because the logistics cost is not only able to constantly improve their own management companies,and enterprises can create huge economic benefits.Therefore,enterprises must continuously improve the management level of logistics costs and standards in the management of the process of continuous discovery of problems and issues detailed,objective analysis,and ultimately achieving the purpose of solving the problem,so that enterprises can avoid the hidden of the cost of some uncontrollable factors.
