摘　　要：自动货柜具有节省空间、自动作业、高效率、减轻工作强度等优点。设备控制运行的可靠性则是是否能将这些优点充分发挥出来的关键所在。中国电子科技集团公司第二研究所一直致力于自动货柜的研发应用,文中从四方面入手对原有设备进行升级改造,使产品故障率大幅下降,节约了维修成本,极大的提高了设备的可靠性。As the automatic storage systems have many advantages in room utilization,automation,high efficiency,and etc.,so its＇ running reliability will be the key point for realizing these advantages.Our institute is engaged in the research and appliance of automatic storage systems.In this paper,it will introduce the improvement of the circuit through three aspects,which will reduce the failure rate of the equipment,save the servicing cost,improving the reliability of the equipment greatly.
