体育竞技人才社会流动研究述评

摘　　要：运用文献资料法,对近年来体育学术期刊上发表的关于体育竞技人才社会流动的研究做了简要的梳理与回顾,结果发现:体育领域内的研究仍停留于竞技体育人才的地域流动上,而缺少社会学意义上的社会流动研究;体育领域内的研究多聚焦于优秀运动员的社会流动上,而缺少对普通群体的研究;体育领域内的研究依旧停留于传统研究方法的运用上,而未能与母学科及国际上精确化的统计计量研究方法的运用相接轨。In order to seeking the course of research on social mobility in sports field,this paper reviewed the research on social mobility of sports talent.It shows that the research still on territory mobility of competitive personnel in sports field,but lack of social mobility research in the means of sociology;It almost focus on social mobility of elite athletes,but lack of social mobility research on ordinary people;The use of research methods still remains at the traditional level,but not connect the path of the use of accurate statistics＇ research methods in sociology.
