摘 要:采用"职业压力源量表"、"MBI量表"和"社会支持量表"对山东省278名教练员职业压力、社会支持与职业倦怠的关系进行了测查。结果显示:教练员职业压力源的结构为六维度模型,职业倦怠为三维度模型;教练员总体职业压力约居中等偏上程度,职业倦怠趋于中度水平,但在去个性化层面上较为明显。教练员职业压力、社会支持与职业倦怠存在着相关关系。工作-家庭冲突和职业发展对情绪衰竭有显著正向预测作用,支持总分对情绪衰竭有显著负向预测作用。工作任务本身和组织结构氛围对去个性化有显著正向预测作用,支持总分对去个性化有显著负向预测作用。运动员因素和职业发展对低成就感有显著正向预测作用,支持总分对低成就感有显著负向预测作用。Applied both "Occupational Stressor Scale","MBI scale" and "Social Support Scale" of 278 Shandong Province coaches occupational stress,social support and the relationship between burnout tested of investigation.The results showed that: Coach occupational stressors dimensional model of the structure of 6,Burnout 3 dimensional model;coaches about the overall occupational stress and other upper middle level tends to moderate levels of burnout,but to the individual level is more evident.Coaches occupational stress,social support and there was a correlation between job burnout.Work-family conflict and career development of emotional exhaustion predicted a significant positive role in supporting the emotional exhaustion scores were significantly negatively predicted.Task itself,and organizational structure to the individual atmosphere of a significant positive effect,support to the individual scores for a significant negative predictor.Athletes factors for low achievement and career development has significant positive effect,support for low achievement scores were significantly negatively predicted.
