摘　　要：讨论分析了共焦椭球形电容器的电势和电容,并得到其解析表达式,在研究和学习中开拓新的物理模型.The electric potential and capacitance of a confocal ellipsoidal capacitor were put under discussion and its analytic expression was obtained.In the process of research and learning new physical models are created.
