摘　　要：本课题通过对商科人才培养存在问题的分析,结合社会对商科人才的要求和发展趋势,借鉴国际经验,依托商科专业建设平台,充分发掘企业的相关资源,激发学生自我意识,构建以高校为主导、企业为依托、学生为主体的"三位一体"的全程式、实景式、互动式的人才培养机制,走高校专业建设和企业资源开发的集群创新发展之路。This project,based on its analysis of the problems with business talents cultivation,attempts to explore an innovative cluster approach to integrating development of enterprise resources into universities’ major construction.To meet the social demand of business talents,it considers a practical university-centered personnel training mechanism of colleges,enterprises and students to refer to foreign experience and integrate enterprises resources into business education platform to stimulate students’ self-awareness in learning and enterprise internship.
