中药注射剂不良反应文献评价与分析

摘　　要：目的调查中药注射剂不良反应文献,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法采用回顾性研究方法,对中国医院数字图书馆的CHKD期刊知识库,对1994年至2009年报道的中药注射剂不良反应病例进行统计分析。结果涉及24种中药注射剂不良反应的文献有264篇,报道例数364例。引起不良反应最多的药品为葛根素注射液,主要不良反应累及系统器官及其临床表现为皮肤及附件损害和全身性损害,不良反应发生率以60岁以上患者最高。结论应加强对不良反应事件的监测和相关研究,重视中药注射剂的安全性和质量再评价。Objective To investigate and analyze the literature about adverse reactions of traditional Chinese medicine injections used in recent years so as to provide references for clinical rational medication use.Methods The retrospective analysis was adopted.The cases of adverse reactions caused by traditional Chinese medicine injection included in the CHKD journals of China Hospital Database Library from 1994 to 2009 were statistically analyzed.Results The reported 264 articles and 364 cases were involved in 24 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine injections′adverse reactions.Puerarin Injection was the drug leading to maximal adverse reactions,which mainly involved the systematic organs and showed as skin and accessories and systemic damages.Elderly aged over 60 years had the highest rate of occurring adverse reactions.Conclusion We should put great emphasis on security of traditional Chinese medicine injections,strengthen monitoring and research of traditional Chinese medicine injections′adverse reaction and put importance on traditional Chinese medicine injection quality reevaluation,so as to improve the security of clinical medicine use.
