摘　　要：目的为了有效应对新的国际环境下国境口岸突发公共卫生事件造成的危害,提高国境口岸突发公共卫生事件危机管理能力。方法通过对突发公共卫生事件和危机管理理论概念的研究,归纳国境口岸实施症状监测的理念、必要性和实施手段。结果归纳了国境口岸实施症状监测的理念、必要性和实施手段。结论目前必须提高国境口岸对突发公共卫生事件危机的及时发现和处理的能力,以确保国家的公共卫生安全。Objective To efficiently respond to public health emergency at frontier ports in new international environment and improve public health emergency management capabilities.Methods Study the concept of public health emergency and crisis management theory to summarize the theory,necessity and application measures of syndromic surveillance.Results The concept,necessity and application measures of syndromic surveillance were summarized.Conclusion It is very important to improve our discovery and responding capacity to public health emergency to protect national public health security.
