液相沉积法制备多覆层云母铁珠光颜料的研究

摘　　要：对多覆层云母铁珠光颜料的制备条件进行了研究,得出了制备云母铁珠光颜料的较佳工艺条件为：pH值控制在3~4之间,反应温度70℃,铁盐浓度20%,水解反应时间3 h.实验表明,Fe2O3理论包覆率控制在10%的云母铁珠光颜料珠光效果最好,煅烧温度700℃,煅烧时间1.5 h,所得云母铁珠光颜料颜色呈金黄色,珠光效果最佳,具有高耐酸碱性,且耐光性好、耐热性能佳.This paper studied on preparation condition of the mica iron pearly luster pigment preparation process.Best craft condition was obtained,that prepares mica iron pearly luster pigment is： the pH value control between 3~4,the temperature should control in 70 ℃ about,iron ion concentration control in 20%,hydrolytic reaction time 3 hours.The Fe2O3 theory gable rate control is best in 10% mica iron pearly luster pigment pearly luster effect.The calcining heat 700 ℃,calcines burns time 1 h.Controls the above condition,prepares the mica iron pearly luster pigment color golden yellow,the pearly luster effect is best.Through the application experiment,it is obtained that the preparation the mica pearly luster pigment has the very good acid proof alkalinity,very good fast light,heat-resisting performance.
