摘 要:涂布纸涂层的表面自由能决定了涂层的表面憎液性能,本实验利用Owens二液法研究了两种涂布纸涂层的表面自由能.实验结果表明,含有防水剂的涂层表面自由能下降了27.3%,表面自由能的极性力spσ降低了90.5%;添加防水剂后涂层对水的粘附功(Wa)下降了35.4%,而对苯的粘附功增大了12.4%,这表明涂层表面的疏水性增强;同时,添加防水剂涂层对水和苯的界面张力分别为34.5 mJ.m-2和1.8 mJ.m-2,说明含有防水剂的涂层具有较好的亲油疏水性.The lyophobic performance of coating layer depends on the surface free energy of coated paper.In this paper,the surface free energy of two kind of coated layers was investigated and measured by Owens method.The results indicated that the surface free energy and polar component(σsP) of the coating layer containing waterproof agent respectively decreased by 27.3% and 90.5% than that of control coated paper.The adhesion work(Wa) of waterproof coating layer to water was decreased by 35.4% and increased by 12.4% compared with that of waterproof coating layer to benzene.At the same time,the surface tensions of coating layer to water and benzene were 34.5 mJ·m-2 and 1.8 mJ·m-2,respectively.These results indicated that the coating layer containing waterproof agent had good lipophilicity and hydrophobicity.
