摘　　要：探讨了以我国中小城市为服务对象，以PCArcView为主要GIS平台，采用面向对象的编程语言Avenue在微机上研制开发城市地下管网信息系统的全部技术思路．实验表明，该思路是可行的和成功的，并具有重大的实用价值．It is discussed the whole technical thinking of developing and exploiting theurban underground pipeline-network information system on microcomputer, for mediumor small sized cities in China The system employed the PCAre View as its main GISPlatform and adopted the object-oriented programming language. Experiments show thatthe thinking is feasible and fruitful, and has great practical values.
