摘　　要：针对数字视频监控系统的特点，以数字视频解码芯片Ｂｔ８４８为核心，将新近发展的ＰＣＩ局部总线引入图象采集中，详细介绍了基于ＰＣＩ总线上的数字视频监控系统的采集与视频编辑的实现过程，并且给出了用ＶＣ＋ ＋ ４２ 编写的部分源程序。In this paper,a method was proposed for researching the character of digital video,with the newly developed PCI Local Bus in image capturing and the digital video decoder of Bt848.The video capturing and editing of video supervising system is based on PCI Bus.Also,some of the source programs with the language of VC++4.2 are given in this paper.
