复方虎杖烧伤凝胶的毒性实验

摘　　要：目的观察复方虎杖烧伤凝胶的毒性作用,评价其安全性。方法对家兔进行完整皮肤和破损皮肤的急性毒性试验、单次给药及多次给药的刺激性试验;对豚鼠进行过敏性试验。结果复方虎杖烧伤凝胶对家兔完整皮肤和破损皮肤均未引起毒性反应;单次给药及多次给药对家兔完整皮肤和破损皮肤均无刺激性;对豚鼠未产生致敏反应。结论复方虎杖烧伤凝胶皮肤给药使用安全。Objective To observe the toxical action of Compound Rhizoma et Radix Polygoni cuspidati burn gels ,in order to evaluate its safety. Methods The acute toxicity to complete and injured skin of rabbits of Compound Rhizoma et Radix Polygoni cuspidati burn gels was done, and the irritation to complete and injured skin of rabbits by singly and repeatedly spreading the gels was experimented .The allergy reaction on. guinea pigs of that was observed also. Results No acute toxicity reaction was found on complete and injured skin of rabbits, and no irritatiuon was found on complete and injured skin of rabbits by singly and repeatedly spreading the gels. No allergy reaction appeared on guinea pigs. Conclusion Compound Rhizoma et Radix Polygoni cuspidati burn gels was safe in applied skin.
