摘 要:目的探讨丝瓜伤流液对宣木瓜基原病原菌活性作用的影响。方法采用离体平板试验研究丝瓜伤流液对宣木瓜基原贴梗海棠7种病原真菌和3种病原细菌的活性作用。结果丝瓜伤流液对杂色曲霉和葡柄霉属一种的抑制效果显著(P<0.05,P<0.01),对黑青霉及腐霉属一种的菌丝生长有促进作用;在病原细菌中,伤流液原液有抑制作用,但不显著;各浓度伤流液对Pantoea agglomerans均无抑制作用。结论丝瓜伤流液对宣木瓜的病原菌有一定的抑菌和杀菌作用。Objective To research on activities of pathogenic germs occurred in Chaenomeles speciosa from Xuan-cheng city by using bleeding sap of Luffa cylindrica .Methods The plate tests in vitro were carried out to study the activity of 10 kinds of pathogenic germs from Chaenomeles speciosa produced in Xuan-cheng City which being the original plant of genuine medicinal material Xuan mu gua(Fructus Chaenomelis) by using bleeding sap of Luffa cylindrica. Result Bleeding sap had significant fungistatic effect on Aspergilleae versicolor and Sternphylium Wallroth sp ( P〈0.05, P〈0.01 ) ; It promoted the mycelium growth of Rhizopus nigricans Ehrenb. and Pythium Pringsheim sp. Among the three pathogenic bacteria, the inhibiting activities on Brenneria quercina, Curtobacterium herbarum were not significant. All of the bleeding sap had no effect on Pantoea agglomerans. Conclusion Bleeding sap of Luffa cylindrical had inhibitory activity on the pathogenic germs occurred in Chaenomeles speciosa from Xuan-cheng city.
