摘 要:目的比较生苍术及麸炒苍术水提液和多糖部位的保肝作用。方法提取制备生苍术和麸炒苍术水提液和多糖部位;采用四氯化碳(CCl4)复制急性肝损伤模型,观察不同组别药物对小鼠血清转氨酶以及摄食量、饮水量、体重、肝脏脏器系数的影响。结果麸炒苍术水提液和多糖部位能显著降低小鼠血清AST和ALT水平。结论麸炒苍术水提液和多糖部位的保肝作用强于生苍术。Objective To compare the protective effect ofAtractylodes chinensis (DC.) koidz water extract and polysaccharides on CCl4-induced acute liver injury in mice. Methods Water extract and polysaccharides of both crude and processed Atractylodes chinensis were extracted sequentially. The acute liver-injury model was established by intraperitoneal injection of CCl4. Food consumption, water consumption, body weight, liver indexes and sera level of ALT & AST were analyzed. Results Processed Atractylodes chinensis water extract and polysaccharides can significantly decrease the serum level of ALT and AST. Conclusion The hepatoprotective effect of processed Atractylodes chinensis water extract and polysaccharides was better than that of the crude.
