正交试验法优选土茯苓胶囊醇提工艺的研究

摘　　要：目的优选土茯苓胶囊的最佳提取工艺。方法采用正交试验设计,以连翘苷提取量、总皂苷提取量及浸膏得率为指标,优选土茯苓胶囊的醇提工艺。结果最佳提取工艺:15倍量的85%乙醇,加热回流提取2次,每次1 h。结论该提取工艺稳定,安全,简便易行。Objective To establish the optimal extraction technology ot Tufuling capsules.Methods The content of forsythin, total saponins and dry extract rate were set as indexes to optimize the extracting technology. Results The optimum extraction conditions were as follows： 15 times amount of 85% alcohol, decocting 2 times and lh each time. Conclusion The optimum technology of Tufuling capsules is simple, stable and effective.
