摘　　要：目的建立HPLC测定板蓝根泡腾片中腺苷含量的方法。方法采用HPLC法。流动相:乙腈-水(4:96);检测波长:260 nm;流速:1.0 mL·min-1;柱温:30℃。结果精密度RSD为0.7%;重复性RSD为0.6%;12 h内稳定性RSD值为0.2%;线性范围0.002 13～0.063 9 mg/mL;平均回收率98.6%,RSD值为1.0%。结论本法简便,快速,准确,重现性好,可作为板蓝根泡腾片制剂的质量控制参考。Objective To establish a method of determining adenosine in Isatis Root effervescent tablets by HPLC. Methods An HPLC method was performed on a Agilent Zorbax SB-C18 column with Acetonitrile- water as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0mL.min^-1, the detecting wavelength was 260 nm and the column temperature was 30 ℃. Results The RSD of the Erecision is 0.7%; the RSD of repeatability is 0.6%; the sample solution is stabile in 12 h, and the RSD of content is 0.2%; The linear range were 0.002 13-0.063 9 mg/mL. The average recovery is 104.3% with the RSD=2.6%. Conclusion This method is simple,rapid,accurate and reproducibile for the quality control of Isatis Root effervescent tablets.
