中医药治疗慢性丙型肝炎的研究概况

摘　　要：目的:对近10年来中医药治疗慢性丙型肝炎的研究进展进行分析。方法:对临床文献的搜集、整理和归纳等方法研究,西医多用干扰素治疗;中医多用清热解毒、调肝健脾等方法。结果:中医药治疗可抑制病毒或调节免疫,防治相关并发症,提高生存质量等方面,有效地缓解该病的发生和发展。结论:慢性丙型肝炎病变运用中医药辨证治疗,能提高临床疗效显著。Objective ：To andlyze the progress in treating chronic hepatitis C with TCM in the past 10 years. Methods ：The clinical literature was collected, sorted and analyzed. Western medicine treatment depended on interferon,while TCM treatment was as follows：clear- ing away heat and removing toxic substances, regulating liver and invigorating spleen. Results：TCM treatment has antiviral and immuno- regulatory effect. The complication can be prevented and cured. The patients＇life quality can be greatly improved. Conclusion：TCM has striking effect in treating chronic hepatitis C in clinical use.
