摘　　要：目的:探讨清鼻汤的制备及临床应用。方法:根据临床经验自拟清鼻汤,并建立了性状、鉴别、检查质控项目,应用薄层色谱法对主要药物进行鉴别。结果:清鼻汤临床用于治疗急、慢性鼻炎,临床有效率94%。结论:该方组方合理,疗效满意,值得推广。Objective：To introduce the preparation of Qing Bi Tang and its clinical application. Methods：According to the clinical prescriptions, Qing Bi Tang was self-made,and characters,identification and detection quality control projects were established. The thin layer chromatography （TLC） was used to identify major drugs. Results：Qi Bi Tang was used in clinic in the treatment of acute and chronic rhinitis with efficient rate of 94%. Conelusion：Qing Bi Tang has reasonable compositions,and the results are satisfactory which is worthy of extending.
