摘  要:以带羧基、甲基的苯甲醛以及N,N-二乙基间氨基苯酚为原料,合成了罗丹明荧光染料,经酸催化缩合得到目标产物.该法避免了常规合成方法中5-位和6-位异构体混合物的产生,减少了繁琐的分离纯化工序,获得了单一的产物,从而降低了制备成本.光谱性能测试的结果表明,通过该方法合成出的化合物,其摩尔消光系数在不同溶剂中保持稳定,使化合物对溶剂环境的依赖性大大降低,这是由于该方法合成的罗丹明染料无异构体生成,因此没有醌式和内脂式的互变.Rhodamine derivatives were synthesized with benzaldehyde instead of acidanhydride as raw materials. The normal rhodamine dyes were synthesized by 3 - diethylaminophenol and isobenzofuran - 1,3 - dione, but this synthesis process was burdensome and the process of separation and purification was difficult. The product of the novel synthesis method was sole, avoiding the production of 5 and 6 isomer mixture in the normal synthesis process of rhodamine dyes so that the burdensome processes of separation and purification were greatly reduced, and the cost of production was saved. The synthesis of the two rhodamine derivatives was convenient and the yield was satis- factory. The results of spectrum properties show the extinction coefficients remaining stable in different solutions, because products from this synthesis method have no 5 isomers and transform between quinone form and spirolactam form. So the products are insensitive to the environment.
