甲基硫菌灵·福美双·硫磺可湿性粉剂的高效液相色谱分析

摘　　要：采用高效液相色谱法,使用VP-ODS反相色谱柱,以V(甲醇)/V(水)为流动相,在流速为1 mL/min、检测波长269 nm的条件下,同时测定甲基硫菌灵和福美双.结果表明,该方法的线性相关系数分别为0.999 7,0.999 9;标准偏差分别为0.10,0.14;变异系数分别为0.50%,0.74%;平均回收率分别为88.61%,96.34%.A method was developed for the determination of Thiophanate - methyl and Thiram by HPLC with VP ODS （150mm ×4.6mm） column, Methanol -H2O as the mobile phase and by using UV detector at 269 nm wavelength. The result showed that the linear correlation coefficients were can reach 0. 9997 and 0. 9999 ; the standard deviations were from 0.10 to 0.14 ; the coefficients of variation were in the range from 0.50% to 0.74% and the average recoveries were can reach 88.61% and 96.34%.
