变应性鼻炎危险因素的Logistic回归分析

摘　　要：目的研究引起变应性鼻炎的危险因素,为预防变应性鼻炎的发病提供科学依据。方法采用病例对照研究,选择年龄、性别、居住地基本一致的100例变应性鼻炎患者和100例健康人对照为研究对象,应用非条件Logistic回归分析,寻找变应性鼻炎的危险因素。结果过敏史、特异性体质、家族史、工作环境污染以及体育锻炼与否与变应性鼻炎的发生密切相关。结论过敏史、特异性体质、家族史、工作环境污染是变应性鼻炎发生的危险因素,而体育锻炼是其保护因素。应当采取针对性的措施对其进行干预。Objective To analyze the risk factors of allergic rhinitis by using logistic regression analysis to provide basis for its prevention and cure.Methods A total of 100 cases of allergic rhinitis were analyzed with 1：1 matched case-control study by conditional logistic regression analysis.They were controlled to age,sex and living area.Results According to the results of logistic regression,history of allergy,specific physical conditions,family history,environment pollution and physical exercise were closely related to the occurrence of the disease.Conclusion 4 kinds of factors including history of allergy,specific physical conditions,family history and environment pollution are promoting factors of allergic rhinitis,while physical exercise is helpful to decrease the occurrence of allergic rhinitis.Measures shall be taken at once to control them.
