整体护理对危重手术患者焦虑程度影响的探讨

摘　　要：目的观察整体护理对危重手术患者焦虑程度的影响。方法 40例择期危重手术患者平分为两组,治疗组给予整体护理,对照组给予常规护理程序。结果治疗组的术前即刻焦虑值明显低于对照组(P<0.05),满意度明显好于对照组(P<0.05)与对照组比较,治疗组患者未出现明显的血压升高、心率加快等,术前即刻收缩压、心率均较低,且两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论危重手术患者整体护理的实施直接关系到手术的成败及抢救的质量,其确保了护理的连续性、完整性和系统性,使病人以最佳的心理状态接受手术治疗,减轻了对患者焦虑程度与身心的影响,值得推广应用。Objective To observe the effect of overall nursing on anxiety of surgical patients with critical ill.Methods 40 patients with critical ill undergoing elective surgery were equally divided into two groups,the treatment group was given the overall nursing and the control group was given the routine nursing procedures.Results The immediate anxiety before surgery in treatment group was significantly lower than the control group（P〈0.05）,satisfaction was significantly better than the control group（P〈0.05）.Compared with the control group,in the treatment group there was no obvious increase in blood pressure,heart rate,etc.,immediately preoperative systolic blood pressure,heart rate were low,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The implementation of overall nursing in surgical patients with critical ill is directly related to the success or failure of operation and the quality of rescue,which ensures the continuity,integrity,and systematic of nursing,makes the patients receive the surgical treatment in best psychological state,reduces the effect of anxiety and body and mind in the patients,so it shall be widely applied.
