摘　　要：目的探讨提高视频脑电图检查质量的护理方法。方法将2010年2月至2010年8月进行视频脑电图检查的患儿212例的护理方法进行回顾、探讨,从而总结经验,提高检查成功率和质量。结论通过检查前评估不同年龄阶段患儿心理特点及家长对检查的认知、配合程度,有针对性进行护理干预,从检查环境布置、检查前有效的解释、宣教、检查中注重细节管理,排除各种干扰并实施人性化护理等综合护理措施,有效提高检查的成功率和质量。Objective To investigate the nursing methods of improving the quality of video EEG.Methods 212 chilaren who had done the video EEG during February ~ August 2010 in our hospital were reviewed,so we could enhance the success rate and quality after suming up experience.Conclusions The chilren are given directed intervention of whole nursing according to their psychological characteristics and ages and compliance in the course of treatment and examination of their parents.By checking environment and layout,interpretation before examination,attention to detail management,the children can be given integrated humanistic nursing care after removing all obstacles,so that we can enhance the success rate and quality.
