摘　　要：目的建立HPLC法测定逍遥合剂中芍药苷含量的方法。方法色谱柱：Diamonsil C18（250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）,流动相：0.1%三乙胺（加入磷酸适量,使pH为3.0）-乙腈（85：15）;流速：1.0 mL.min-1;柱温：30℃;检测波长：230 nm;进样量：10μL。结果芍药苷在0.2380~2.3800μg范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为100.54%,RSD为1.59%（n=9）。结论本方法操作简单,专属性强,重现性好,能够有效控制该制剂的质量。Objective To establish an HPLC method for determination of paeoniflorin in Xiaoyao Mixture.Methods The HPLC conditions consisted of Diamonsil C18（250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm）chromatographic column with 0.1% triethylamine（pH adjusted to 3.0 with H3PO4）-acetonitrile（85：15） as the mobile phase at the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1,the temperature was 30 ℃,the detective wavelength was 230 nm with 10 μL as sample size.Results Paeoniflorin showed a linear relationship at the range of 0.238 0~2.380 0 μg,the average recovery was 100.54%,and the RSD was 1.59%（n=9）.Conclusion The method was simple with good specificity and good reproducibility,can control the quality of this preparation.
