β-甲基戊二酸单甲酯新合成方法的研究

摘　　要：通过丙二酸二甲酯对丁烯酸乙酯在氢氧化钠存在下的加成反应合成了2-甲基丙烷-1,1,3三羧酸三乙酯,经水解加热脱羧得到了β-甲基戊二酸。在杂多酸催化下,先用过量的甲醇甲基化生成了β-甲基戊二酸二甲酯,再用它对β-甲基戊二酸进行甲基化,可得到高产率的β-甲基戊二酸单甲酯。2 - methylpropne - 1,1,3 tricaboxylic acid ester are synthesized by addition reaction of methyl malinate,and then monomethylβ- methylgiutarate is obtained by heating and hybrolysis decarboxylation. Catalyzed by heteropoly acid with an excess methonal methyl metaplasia,β-methyl dimethl glutarate is synthesized.β- methyl dimethyl glutarate is used for methylation toβ- methylgiutarate,and high yied of monomethylβ- methylgiutarate will be achieved.
