试论国土资源管理中的诚信执法

摘　　要：国土资源管理工作是我国必须坚持的一项基本国策,是关乎国计民生的大事。国土资源管理部门担负着保护土地资源、保障建设用地、有序开发土地的重要职责。每个国土资源执法者手中都握有一定的权力。每一位执法者都要意识到权利的背后就是责任,要摆正自己的位置,始终怀着公仆心、平常心、责任心,捍卫法律的权威。因此,诚信执法对于搞好干群关系,促进社会和谐,保障经济社会可持续发展都具有重大意义。The land resources administrative work is a basic state policy,which is for the people＇s livelihood.The Land Resources Administrative Department is responsible for protecting land resources,ensuring the construction land,developing land orderly.Every law enforcer of the territory resource has a certain power.He must realize the responsibilities behind the right,so he should position himself and defend the authorty of the law with heart of public servant,commonness and responsibility.Therefore,the integrity of law enforcement is of great significance for improving relationship between cadres and masses,promoting social harmony and guaranteeing social and economic sustainable development.
