摘　　要：随着Internet的发展,相比传统图书馆而言,数字图书馆拥有更大的数据量,已成为人们获取知识的主要途径。如何有效地描述和检索信息资源成为学者研究的热点。研究了语言网格技术在数字图书馆资源语义描述的应用;给出了元数据的含义与都柏林核心元数据元素集的优点,并建立了数字图书馆资源语义描述框架,对该框架的细节和所涉及的问题进行了详细的讨论。Along with the development of the Inter net, comparing with the traditional library, digital library with greater data quantity has become the main way for people to obtain knowledge. How to effectively descript and retrieve information resources becomes research hot spot. This paper mainly studies the application of the semantic grid technology in the digital library resources semantic description, proposes the meaning of the metadata and the advantages of Dublin core metadata element set, builds a digital library resources semantic description framework. The framework is discussed in detail.
