摘　　要：目的了解足底保护对社区2型糖尿病患者足底压力的影响。方法在319例2型糖尿病患者中随机抽取49例为干预组，接受足底保护的健康教育、足部保护技巧示教和实践、对足底压力有高风险者，予以针对性的减压鞋垫的应用，49例为对照组接受常规的社区健康教育，未涉及足底减压的干预措施。结果对2型糖尿病患者实施足底保护能够有效降低患者的足底压力。结论社区综合护理干预对于减轻糖尿病患者的足底压力是有效的，足底压力的降低将减少足溃疡的发生率，进一步减少患者的截肢率和医疗费月支出。Objective To understand the behavior of foot protection in type 2 diabetic patients for the impact of the foot pressure in the community. Method Among 319 patients with type 2 diabetes, 49 patients randomly selected for the intervention group received health education on foot protective behaviors, foot protection skill teaching and practice of pressure on the foot. The patients with high risk were targeted and given the applica- tion pad for decompression. The control group of 49 patients received conventional community health education, without the foot decompression interventions. Results Foot protection behavior can effectively reduce the plantar pressure in the patients with type 2 diabetes. Conclusion Community general nursing intervention is effective in reducing plantar pressure in diabetic patients, plantar pressure reduction will reduce the incidence of foot ulcer, further reduce the amputation rate in patients and health care costs.
