摘 要:高强不锈钢绞线网-聚合物砂浆加固方法是一种新型的加固工艺,它具有耐火、耐腐蚀、耐老化等特点。本文对3根用该工艺加固的二次受力钢筋混凝土梁和1根对比梁进行了受弯试验研究。试验结果表明:该加固方法有效地提高了梁的受弯承载能力,较好地约束了裂缝的发展,平截面假设基本成立。在试验研究的基础上,提出了二次受力影响系数,用该系数得到的计算结果和试验值吻合良好,可以满足实际工程需要。Rehabilitation of RC members with stainless steel wire mesh and permeability polymer mortar is a new method of structural strengthening with the advantage of resistance to fire,corrosion and ageing.Experiments are conducted to investigate the flexural behavior of 3 strengthened RC beams under secondary load and 1 comparative RC beam.The experiment results show that the flexural load-carrying is increased effectively,the propagation of cracks is reduced obviously and the plane cross-section assumption is basically true by the rehabilitation.Based on the test results,a coefficient of secondary load is put forward to calculate the ultimate flexural capacity and the calculated results are in good agreement with the experimental results.The calculation method proposed in this paper can be applied to the retrofit designs of RC structures.
