摘　　要：产业集群扩大了组织的边界,形成集群外、集群内企业间、企业内三个层次的劳动力市场;产业集群的"劳动力池"拥有更大的包容能力和吸引力,能够储存更多的专业性人才。文章揭示了产业集群的人才集聚是一个动态形成过程,存在着"初始裂变—吸引—共生—嵌入—自增强"形成机理,并构建了产业集群人才集聚模型,剖析了产业集群人才集聚自增强效应。Industrial cluster expands the boundary of organization,forms a three-level labor market,including market outside the cluster,market outside enterprises but within the cluster,and the enterprise market.The industrial cluster＇s ＂labor pool＂ has greater inclusion ability and attractiveness to talents,and can keep more professional talents in reserve.This paper reveals that it is a dynamic process for the talents agglomeration in cluster,describes the ＂initial fission-attract-symbiosis-embed-self-reinforce＂ formation mechanism,constructs a model of the talents agglomeration,and analyzes its self-reinforcement effect.
