摘　　要：工人阶级是我国的领导阶级。改革开放30多年来,工人阶级的内部结构发生了巨大变化,已分为若干阶层。虽然这些阶层在社会主义国家其根本利益是一致的,但是在市场经济条件下,各个阶层都具有各自不同的具体利益。分析这些阶层的特征及其利益诉求,对于构建社会主义和谐社会和全面建设小康社会都具有十分重要的意义。The working class is the leading class of our country.Reforming and opening has more than 30 years,the internal structure of the working class has changed tremendously and been divided into several strata.Although these strata are consistent in their fundamental interests in socialist countries,but in the market economy conditions,different stratums have different interests.Analyzing the traits and the requests in interest of these strata has great significance for construction a socialist harmonious society and fully building an affluent society.
