网络环境下学报编辑应具备的职业意识

摘　　要：质量是学报的生命,而学报质量的高低则取决于学报编辑的职业意识。文章从编辑的政治责任意识、信息意识、学习意识、精品意识、服务意识等方面阐释了编辑的综合素质,指出编辑只有不断强化综合的职业意识,才能提升学报的竞争力。Quality is the life of journal,while the level of journal quality depends on the journal editor＇s vocational consciousness.This paper interrelates comprehensive quality of journal editors from political liability consciousness,information consciousness,learning consciousness,high-quality goods consciousness and service consciousness.It points out that only journal editors constantly refine their comprehensive vocational consciousness,can the competitiveness of the journal be improved.
