住院患者对身份识别方式的认知调查

摘　　要：目的了解患者对其身份识别方式的认知,满足患者对身份识别的需求,以保证护理工作的安全。方法采用自行设计的问卷对200例住院患者进行身份识别方式的认知调查。结果 15.7%-69.0%患者对佩戴手腕标识带的作用如可保护隐私、不同颜色传达不同信息以及条形码手腕带核对更准确等比较了解。患者认可及希望护士采取的身份识别方式中,位于前3位的是患者告诉自己的姓名、直呼患者的姓名、姓名床号都呼唤;而排在后3位的是采用条形码识别腕带、生物识别技术、无线技术和识读器。结论多数患者对传统的身份识别方式比较认可,但对现代识别方式了解程度不高。护理人员需提高对患者身份识别的认识,同时加强对患者的健康教育,提高患者对身份识别的重视和参与程度,以保障患者护理安全。Objective To investigate inpatients′ perception towards personal identification,to satisfy patients′ identification needs and ensure patients′ safety.Methods A self-designed questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate 200 inpatients′ cognition on personal identification.Results We found that 15.7%-69.0% of the patients had been quite knowledgeable of the function of patient′s identification bracelet,such as privacy protection,information communication by varied colors and bar code bracelet enabling more precise checking.Among the most accepted and desired identification means by patients,the items of informing nurses of patients′ own names,addressing patients′ names,and addressing patients′ names and bed numbers were on the top three list.The least acceptable methods included utilizing bar code bracelet,employing biological identifier and utilizing wireless technology and recognizer.Conclusion A majority of patients prefer traditional methods to modern recognition pattern.To ensure patients′ safety,it is nurses′ obligation to enhance patients′understanding through health education.
