摘  要:城市绿地评价指标在监测城市绿地建设质量,引导城市绿地建设重点中发挥着重要作用。本文总结了近年来国内外关于城市绿地数量、质量、结构和功能等方面特征指标的研究进展,并分析了各类城市绿地评价文献中主要绿地指标的使用频度。研究结果显示:绿地覆盖率、人均公共绿地面积、绿地率、绿量、三维绿量、多样性指数、破碎化指数、均匀度指数、可达性指数、优势度指数、滞尘能力、降温增湿和固碳效应等绿地评价指标是近年来的热点指标。在此基础上,论文对目前国内外常用的城市绿地单项指标和综合评价模型进行了系统的分析。论文试图通过对城市绿地评价指标和评价模型相关研究的系统梳理,为建立更加科学合理的城市绿地评价指标体系、选择更加适用的评价模型提供支撑。In this paper, we gave an overview of the latest literatures on Urban Greenland' s evaluation index system, which provides significant guidelines for both urban green-land construction quality and crucial projects. We discussed the progress in the index system attribution analysis, such as quantity, quality, structure and function, etc; thereby we provided statistics on the application frequency of urban green-land's evaluation index system in the literatures. Research resuh indicates that such indexes as green coverage ratio, per capita public greenbelt area, green area ratio, vegetation quantity, Three-dimension green quantity, the landscape diversity, fragmentation index, landscape evenness, accessibility, landscape dominance, dust detentions, cooling humidification, carbon sequestration effect and others are of wide application in these years. On this basis, we analyzed the evaluation models of such indexes applied both at home and abroad. Finally, we dealt with the possibility of more reasonable and scientific application to both urban green-land evaluation index system and evaluation models.
