乳管冲洗术治疗急性化脓性乳腺炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察乳管冲洗术与单纯应用抗生素治疗急性化脓性乳腺炎的疗效。方法:共观察68例急性化脓性乳腺炎患者,随机分为两组,对照组34例,单纯应用抗生素治疗;治疗组34例,采用乳管冲洗术联合全身应用抗生素治疗。结果:治疗组患者均痊愈,治愈时间缩短,无创伤,无痛苦,消费低;对照组有1例形成脓肿,平均治愈时间延长,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:乳管冲洗术治疗急性化脓性乳腺炎有较好疗效,应用较安全。Objective：To observe the therapeutic effect of latex duct rinse and simple antibiotics on accute suppurative mastitis.Methods：68 cases were randomly devided into two groups,the control group（34 cases） treated with antibiotic therapy alone,the treatment group（34 cases） treated with antibiotics combined with latex duct rinse.Results：All cases received latex duct rinse were cured in shorter time without wound,pain and of lower cost;simple antibiotics group had longer cure time in which 1 case was induced abscess.Therapeutic effect of latex duct rinse was better than simple antibiotics（P0.05）.Conclusion：Latex duct rinse has better effects on treatment of accute suppurative mastitis than simple antibiotics.
