经腹超声联合经阴道超声在宫角妊娠中的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨经腹部超声联合经阴道超声对宫角妊娠的诊断价值。方法:对18例经手术病理和临床治疗证实的宫角妊娠的超声图像进行分析。结果:宫角妊娠的声像图分为两型,孕囊型12例,包块型6例。其中超声诊断14例,符合率为77.8%,3例误诊为间质部妊娠,1例笼统诊断为异位妊娠。结论:经腹部超声联合经阴道超声检查对宫角妊娠有较高的诊断价值,对临床决策治疗方案具有指导意义。Objective：To explore diagnostic value of transabdominal ultrasound combined with transvaginal ultrasound in cornual pregnancy.Methods：Ultrasound images of 18 patients with cornual pregnancy,which were confirmed by pathology and clinical treatment,were analyzed.Results：Sonograms of cornual pregnancy were divided into two types,12 cases with gestational sac and 6 cases with mass,of which 14 cases were diagnosed by ultrasound,in line with rates of 77.8%;3 cases were misdiagnosed as intramural pregnancy and 1 case was diagnosed as ectopic pregnancy.Conclusion：Transabdominal ultrasound combined with transvaginal ultrasound plays an important clinical significance in diagnosis and treatment of cornual pregnancy.
