摘　　要：目的:探讨妇科门诊尖锐湿疣患者的心理特点以及相应的护理措施。方法:根据患者心理压力不同,实施有针对性的心理护理措施。结果:本组65例患者,心理压力主要原因是:担心治疗效果、担心治疗费用、担心性生活质量、担心对家庭产生影响和担心疾病恶化,5种压力来源均在75.0%以上。患者接受相应护理后,症状均得到有效改善。结论:根据尖锐湿疣患者的不同心理压力类型,实施有效的心理护理措施,对于提高患者治疗信心有很大的促进作用。Objective：To investigate the psychological nurse for gynecology clinic patients with genital warts.Methods：Accordance with psychological stress in patients with different psychological care to implement targeted the measures.Results：65 patients mainly due to psychological stress：worry about treatment,fearing the cost of treatment,fear of sexual quality of life,worry about impact on family and fear of disease progression,5 sources of stress were more than 75.0%.After receiving the appropriate care,their symptoms improved a lot.Conclusion：According to psychological stress in patients with different types of psychological care to implement effective measures,it can improve patient care for a great role in promoting confidence.
