摘　　要：肠道病毒71型(EV71)是引起手足口病的主要病原体,并且EV71引起的神经系统并发症所造成的危害也越来越引起人们的重视。但是迄今尚无有效的EV71疫苗和特效抗EV71药物。目前,国内外针对EV71复制周期不同靶点的抗病毒药物研究取得了一定的突破。现将受体阻断剂、病毒衣壳结合剂、蛋白酶抑制剂、3DRNA多聚酶抑制剂、利巴韦林、RNA干扰技术以及中药等抗EV71的研究进展进行综述。EV71 is the main etiological agent of hand,foot and mouth disease（HFMD）,people pay more and more attention on the harm of EV71 caused neurological complications.But there are still lacking of effective EV71 vaccine and anti-EV71 drug.Currently,domestic and overseas research group have achieved some breakthrough progress on anti-EV71 drug research which target different site of viral replication cycle.This article reviewed recent studies of research progress on anti-EV71 agents which based on various molecular targets.Including receptor inhibitors,vial capsid-binding molecules,3C protease inhibitor,3D RNA polymerase inhibitor,ribavirin,RNA interference and traditional Chinese medcine.
