摘　　要：子宫内膜异位症在育龄期妇女中的发病率日益上升,且成为引起不孕的主要原因之一。如今子宫内膜异位症的病因及发病机制已成为妇产科领域的研究热点。其体外模型的建立和应用为探索子宫内膜异位症的发病机制及治疗方法提供了一个新的研究平台。体外模型主要有细胞培养和组织培养两种形式,两者不尽相同,各有优劣。现就近年来国内外有关子宫内膜异位症体外模型的研究进展予以综述。The morbidity of endometriosis has been ascending in women of childbearing potential.Endometriosis has even become one of the major causes of infertility.Therefore,the etiology and pathogenesis of endometriosis has been a hotspot in gynecological research.The establishment and application of in vitro model provides a new opportunity to study the pathogenesis and treatment of endometriosis.Cell culture and tissue culture are two forms of in vitro models.However,the two modles are totally different with pros and cons.This article elaborates the recent research progress in endometriosis in vitro model.
