摘　　要：剖宫产术后子宫瘢痕妊娠是剖宫产术的一种远期并发症,主要是指妊娠囊种植在子宫瘢痕部位,其外周被子宫肌层和纤维组织包围,是一种罕见的异位妊娠。但是,由于近年来剖宫产率的不断提高,其发生率也有所增加。剖宫产术后子宫瘢痕处的妊娠可引起阴道大出血及子宫破裂,可以导致孕产妇生育能力丧失甚至孕产妇死亡。故早期诊断与治疗剖宫产术后子宫瘢痕妊娠是非常重要的,现就剖宫产术后子宫瘢痕妊娠的诊断与治疗予以综述。Cesarean scar pregnancy is one of the long-term complications of cesarean section,which mainly refers to implantation of gestational sac in the scar of a previous cesarean delivery,a rare form of ectopic pregnancy.The gestational sac is completely surrounded by myometrium and the fibrous tissue of the scar.But recently,the incidence of cesarean scar pregnancy has increased in paralled with the increasing incidence of cesarean delivery.Cesarean scar pregnancy may cause uterine rupture and uncontrollable vaginal bleeding,which may lead to loss of subsequent fertility,or even maternal death.Therefore the early diagnosis and treatment of cesarean scar pregnancy is very important.The article is a review of the diagnosis and treatment of cesarean scar pregnancy.
