摘　　要："术后肠麻痹"是肠道对手术应激产生的一种病理生理状态,是影响患者术后康复的最主要因素之一。随着快速康复外科理念的推广,围手术期管理的加强,术后肠麻痹的治疗模式已发生重大变化,中医中药治疗也参与其中,对于术后肠道功能的恢复起到了积极的作用。＂Postoperative enteroplegia＂ is a pathophysiologic state resulting from intestinal surgical stress.It is one of the primary factors of postoperative rehabilitation.With the spread of fast-track surgery and the strengthened perioperative management,therapeutic modes have witnessed great changes in the treatment of postoperative enteroplegia.Traditional Chinese medicine is also involved and has played a positive role for the recovery of postoperative bowel function.
